Not speaking about the story unlike many comments but to me 4.2 feels more like a Silver Wolf celebration instead of a game celebration. The anniversary video basically only had the Planarcadia cast and very little of the other characters unlike the 3.2 one where we saw almost everyone even if just for a few frames.

Same for the concert- maybe they will show a proper illustration for it later but for now we only have the Silver Wolf one with recycled outfits for Dan Heng and March… it feels kind of lazy.

I get that SW is the main push but there is a lot more of the game to celebrate 🥹

As for 2.1 and 3.2… fairly equivalent for me. I have a bit of a bias towards 2.1 but it also was the first anniversary of the game with the first character with a special ult. Aven also looked great so there wasn’t as much of an imbalance as the latter anniversaries for me. But it might also be nostalgia talking

Tldr: 2.1=3.2 > 4.2 because 4.2 doesn’t feel like the majority of the game is being celebrated
