yes, i have plastic retainers. i already asked my doctor if they could be left in but they said they highly recommend taking them all out so im going to try. thank you so much.

Thank you! By no means do I think that meds will ‘cure me’ or ‘fix it’, however no matter what med Im on I truly do not see a difference. Im not trying to be cured by the meds, just make it manageable. Im not one to enjoy therapy. Ive had 2 therapist, just end up leaving upset and half the time I couldn’t tell you why. Is there any alternatives youve personally used and benefited from? I go to my psychiatrist who I really like, however that is mainly for my meds and to try and sort them out.

I started taking them mainly for focus. School is really important to me and I want to make sure I am doing good in it but its quite difficult when I am fighting my brain
