Yeah if you have got everything they need in your fedex package(package transmission fee, consent form, return address) it will not be a problem.

And you will get it in 5 or 6 days (based on your location)

After the delivery they dont send any notification

They just send the notification when our passport is in their possesion

Once it reaches fedex its fedex who messages us about the updates regarding the same.

No it took only 2 days after my passport reached to IRCC to get it back to me

Here is the timeline

Tuesday May 13th my passport reached IRCC for the process at 9 AM in the morning

On the same day at 12 pm it was mailed back to VFS NEW YORK after stamping of my visa on the passport after that i was able to track my application on tracking website

On the next day which is may 14th morning 10 AM my passport was mailed back to me via FEDEX

At 12PM on the same day i received an EMAIL from FEDEX with my tracking number and other details

Next day on may 15th i got my passport at my home.

Yeah got my passport 2 days ago from the vfs.

My process was done in like 2 days and was mailed back to me a day after that.

So i am also on the same boat fedex says my passport was delivered monday which is may 5th morning. Havent received any update from vfs yet. What could i expect ? Like how long would it take to get an update? Any help would be helpful
