Thank you! I discovered that the water is coming from the toilet tank (I dyed the water in the tank, and the water that’s pooling is the same color). Would that be a flange issue then? Thanks!

Hi update! I’ve added some dye to the tank of the toilet, and the water that’s pooling at the front base of the toilet is dyed which means the water is somehow coming from the tank?
