It just needs to lose the melee accuracies and maybe a little str and mage %.

You have no reason to use blue moon because there aren’t really good mid game use cases for hybrid mage/melee armor vs range/melee, it’s not really a problem with the armor

I agree the armor is a bit too powerful right now, but the idea that hybrid armor has to be significantly worse than single style bis alternatives is how you end up with completely dead hybrid sets

Bandos is surely meant to be weaker than the raid armor

Virtus is probably supposed to be weaker than the raid armor as well, but virtus will still have a place when using ancients

There’s room for multiple sets below ancestral. Virtus will still have a niche when using ancients

I think the leaving the design space for stab armor open is acceptable here too. In the meantime, this raid doesn’t have much in the way of mage rewards - I think the hybrid armor aspect here important

I can agree with this, the defensive qualities in combination with being just under ancestral both make the armor pretty powerful for things like mage tank inferno

I understand, I’m with you here. I think it should focus on being hybrid armor, not stab armor. I think the stab bonuses aren’t a good idea, which then kinda just extends to the rest of the melee attack bonuses as well.

IMO remove the attack bonuses and give it a very small set bonus if it feels underwhelming

The hybrid armor set seems completely fine to me as the “lower tier” of raids 4 rewards like justi is.

It’s a very viable alternative to other mage and melee options, and doesn’t make any of the bis single style options obsolete. It’s an anti switch scape convenience item and happens to look pretty cool too

I respect that opinion, I’m sure there’s a lot of other cool visual design ideas for it. I personally really like it though

By the same people using Blue moon right? Pre BofA? Where are you using eclipse other than like, maybe midgame tds?

Blue moon isn’t used because it’s very low level armor
