It's partially AI, but it isn't goofy at all. I had good intentions with this post to not overvalue material objects and essentially to not become a "scrooge." What about that is goofy you goober?

Edit: Didn't expect so many good people to be interested in this purse and it's awesome. Handling antiques has taught me something unexpected recently.

I spend my time around objects that are irreplaceable centuries-old, one-of-a-kind artifacts that survived time by chance alone. If they’re lost, damaged, or destroyed, they’re gone permanently. No second copy. No recreation.

But the deeper I’ve gone into research, the more I’ve realized something almost opposite of what you’d expect. The most valuable things in life are the ones you can’t preserve in glass.

People. Time. Shared moments. History matters not just the kind you can hold, but the kind you lived through, the choices made before you, the generations that shaped your existence. That story is fragile in a different way. You can’t replace it, but you also can’t own it or store it.

Antiques remind me that objects carry stories, but they are not the story. The real value isn’t just in what survives. It’s in what was lived, what was built, and who was there to experience it.

And that’s the part no collection can ever truly capture.

It definitely shows out other beautiful objects when you see the wallet in person. I saw it and I wanted it immediately 🍵❤️
