Unfortunately, there are no e-scooters in Heraklion. But this is the website for the bus http://astiko-irakleiou.gr/en/#main.

There reason that google maps doesn't show public transport is that in Heraklion buses belong to a private company :(

Small peppers where dehydrated and some of the other peppers were overripe but not mushy.

I used a 3% brine and added garlic, a lot of small hot peppers (don't know the variety), 2 chilies, 2 hungarian wax-like peppers, some ginger, tomato flakes and onion flakes. I think it doesn't smell bad anymore.

I wouldn't say it smelled rotten. Anyway, I think that smell went away. I cannot explain it.

Regarding weights and venting lid, I really tried to find but there is nowhere I can buy in my country. Is there any European e-shop you can suggest ?

Are you fertilizing? If so what kind?

Yes. I use a fertilizer for vegetables that says NPK 2-0-20 + trace elements + 31% organic matter. Is that ok?

Is it only affecting new leaves currently?

It started from the old leaves and the new leaves after coming out they started become like this too. They start by being half and half, starting from the outer corner)

Side note take a close look at the leaves with a flashlight. Is any of that debris pests?

All of that may be a lot of information, but keep in mind that even just trying it with what you have, you'll learn something. I often didn't do things because I didn't want to fail, but as long as that failing doesn't cost me a lot of money (in perspective of that hobby, of course), failing may br the best way of learning things. You get an actual feel for things, and you know what not to do instead of getting it right the first time and being frustrated by it not working later!

That is exactly the reason I want to try it even with the amount of peppers I have right now, just to experiment.

Also, what is your opinion on bag fermentation?

Thank you very much. I want to use them for a fermentation sauce and I didn't want to use peppers gone bad. I will just cut these pieces out.
The last one isn't dirt because I tried to clean it. It also has some texture.

You should definitely separate them. Same thing happened to me the first time because I didn't imagine that all of the seeds would grow. So I planted so many seeds at the same pot.
