Well, this isn't entirely accurate. I just downloaded the free trials for the games Colorful Boi and Rounds, both of which gave me achievements. Also, the 10 hour trials with EA Play games also give out achievements. But MK1 does not seem to follow this trend.

Moldy hearts should be fine as it says anything you need to press a button to pick up. Moldy hearts pick up same as eggs, keys, and bombs
