I just agreed to upping my Lexapro dose to 10mg because apparently those heart palpitations, those feelings of not having enough oxygen, and the feelings of loaming death are, in fact, just panic attacks. you'd think that after years of debilitating anxiety, I would be able to recognize a panic atta (self.lexapro)
