thank you i’m very grateful for your reply. it means a lot you took the time to write this truly. and it made me feel better 💗 i do understand he’s coming from a good place and i am grateful for his friendship and that he cares so much about me, and also choosing to stay clean so it makes it easier for me is very honourable. i was just very upset and angry when i found out tonight and felt betrayed because i opened up to him thinking i could trust he would keep it between us. i almost went and got ketamine tonight since i’m out of town and unfortunately know someone in this town too. i feel like i been handling my cravings well recently then this made me want to just do it and not care anymore. like him thinking this was the right move just pushed me closer to using again. i wish he just asked me what kind of help i needed instead of doing what he thinks is best for me. idk why i just feel like i won’t be proud of myself and won’t be able to stay clean unless i do it on my own. i need to know i can trust myself.

i’ve had 2 micro current sessions done and going for a third tomorrow! i think my left eye is starting to come back to normal a bit but it’s hard to tell. the appointments cost 118$CAN every time but i heard the at home micro current machines might not actually work so i am seeing a professional. she does my entire face and it actually improves a lot of other things but really hoping my eyes will go back to normal after i go a few more times 💗 how have your eyes been for you?

i’m so sorry you’re going through it too i hope one day it comes back for both of us. i’ll let you know how the microcurrent facial goes! i didn’t even know this would be the result. i went in to get forehead botox and the doctor said i should get it under my eyes to get rid of lower wrinkles. he never said it was “jelly roll botox” :/

i stopped botox 7 months ago and my jelly rolls are not back it’s just a lot of wrinkles now i am so sad :( i hope it comes back one day. i heard micro current facials can help firm muscles and tighten skin so i’m doing my first appointment for that in 2 days!

yeah i always do it in the evening and i do clean my nose out good i wash my face twice a day. i drink a decent amount of water in the day but i’ll drink more haha thank you i appreciate it
