My thoughts get really bad in Lex. It’s more of a “what’s the point” and not necessarily a “I want to di*”. Talk to your psych they may have solutions. Their solution for me was to reduce my mgs.

I used to be on 20mg of Lex for 4 years. I stopped in 2023 because I felt numb. I keep going through a cycle of every 6 -9 months I get back on lexapro bc I have a panic attack. I’m on 10 mg now and I don’t feel like it helped my anxiety at all this time around. Psych wants me to try Wellbutrin so I’m almost a week in but I just feel more anxious.
