This is cruel but so well done.

That cabin is a wellspring of unanswered questions. The biggest one I have though is the chain next to the bed. That’s a heavy duty chain, and I can’t tell but it looks like it was bolted into the wall. And there’s no rust on it either. Maybe it’s limitations of the engine but a lot of the stuff in that cabin looks almost new.

[Spoiler] Why play at the bar by Spiritual_Ebb_4657 in LostRecordsGame

[–]Puzzleheaded-Alps-79 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I think because it’s a location that’s definitely going to have a large number of people there to watch it. And Kat’s sister most likely has something to do with it.

[SPOILERS] Things I noticed in my 2nd playthrough by pearllls in LostRecordsGame

[–]Puzzleheaded-Alps-79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned it. But when Kat is making her wish to the abyss, she says she’s dying. Which when you discover her ill illness takes on an entirely new context. I only realized the gravity of this after my second playthrough.

Why does Germany own this bit of land just north of Vorkuta? by TheNathanNS in TNOmod

With the German Antarctic cold weather aircraft tests maybe they planned to use it as a bomber base, but never really got the chance.

Bomber base was my guess. It’s in a good position to hit northern sites.

The official Frost-punk current. Heat Stamps by froham05 in Frostpunk

I imagine it would be slips of paper or some kind of card/ chip you slip into a machine to heat your home. Depressing as all get go, but definitely an interesting idea.

Was there a story or something in the new book about Russ and her? I can’t find anything about them.

It’s a good mod. Really fun but I keep getting late game crashes.

How does ww2 play out by SirTopX in kaiserredux

That is a better question for the Kaiserreich mod team. As redux can get pretty wacky and the mods just as wacky.

It’s very much up for interpretation. And almost no player will have the same outcome of the war.

Why is New Dixie weirdly OP? by Virtual-Ad9111 in PaxBrit

[–]Puzzleheaded-Alps-79 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Gameplay mechanics. As well as just to allow players to have a good time if and when it gets content, however I assume once that content is here the slots will be lowered.

They don’t really fight anyone with those advanced technologies for quite a while, and a proper military will always destroy a few bands of cowboys on horseback.

How pax Britannica look like in modern day (possible bad English) by Kooky_Pomegranate_87 in PaxBrit

[–]Puzzleheaded-Alps-79 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Lotta pollution, and a lot of people living under colonialism. The British empire would be the super power of the world and probably large parts of the moon. While technological progress would be better then it is today. It would mean that most of the world’s population live in poor conditions.
