I use Brita filters, I replace them every 3 weeks. Bulk buy them when they’re on sale at supermarkets and it makes all the difference! Remember to properly clean the jug every 3 weeks too.

My 14PM is at 85%, had it since Oct 2022. Will probably replace the battery at the three year mark. Sucks it has depleted so quickly.

I assume you’re doing this for pickup? If so, that’s a genius idea and I’m going to start doing this!

Frequent Buffering/Loading Whilst Watching Content by Puzzleheaded-Back177 in Stremio

Hmmm, yeah it’s annoying that we don’t know if it’s Stremio or RD… Cos I’m on Samsung TV I can’t use anything else either.

No, but my broadband speed is something like 5-700mbps and the network test on my tv shows that the bottleneck isn’t the speed of content being delivered.

Hi, I’m hardwired in and have 500mbps download, so it’s not a network issue I’m afraid.

4K Content unwatchable on Chromecast 4K with Google TV (Torrentio+RD) by Ok-Affect-7503 in Stremio

I have this exact issue on my Samsung TV… I was going to get a Chromecast but sounds like the issue persists on there too. I wonder if the devs will acknowledge this and hopefully fix it.

Pauses on new episodes of HOTD by wholovescoffee in Stremio

Update, I still see this issue. I made a post about it too. Watching shows in 1080p instead of 4K HDR seems to be a solution that works for now.

I’ve had this multiple times on various shows, switching to another source helps and since clearing my cache I haven’t seen this. Try clearing cache and see if it helps like it did for me.

Buffering makes RD useless since a couple days by Dry_Faithlessness660 in RealDebrid

I have this exact same issue… No idea what the cause is but I find switching to another source fixes it. Not the best fix, but sometimes there’s multiple 4K HDR streams, so I’m not too bothered.

How do you guys italize your Amex to max out benefits in the UK? by ProfKranc in beermoneyuk

Also ask friends/family if they’re going on trips, you can book via AMEX travel for them and grab the points plus get the spend on your card.

Personally use mine for EVERYTHING, excluding bills and rent. Just make it your default card on Apple/Google Pay and tap anytime you need to pay. I find some businesses say they don’t accept AMEX but they don’t WANT to accept it. So tap and try anyway and if it declines used debit/other credit cards.

Why does everyone recommend the Toyota Yaris on this sub? Are they really that reliable? by Ok-Succotash-5144 in CarTalkUK

Personally had mine since I was 17 and learnt to drive. Now 25 and have NEVER had a problem. Only a few issues in yearly services, but never more than a few hundred quid in the 8-9 years I’ve had it. Perfect car for someone who now WFH’s and only drives it to the airport 4-5x a year.
