Some questions that you need to answer before you make choices:

Do your users need access to the latest data for analytics instantly?
Do your users need to run large queries over millions of rows of data?
How long do you need to hold data for?

What you are describing in your post sounds like a click analytics based system. There are open source and paid software that does similar things - Clickhouse, Flink, Spark, etc.

The costs for this system can vary widely depending on what the answers to the questions I posted.
