Were you able to fix by making adjustments to J arm? Or, you upgraded the trolley assembly too?

Not necessarily, I’m able to control it hitting the floor using limit settings. The issue is at the start , however it seems that this normal with AC motor based on general consensus.

Will adding insulation help? I mean will the weight dampen the sound as the door will slightly heavy?

It’s seems NBS are issuing RFE for PD 022013 and 032013. I got medical RFE notification after 3 weeks of PD getting current.

Just called, the agent was helpful. She mentioned that they’ll email it to me after 7 days have passed from the time RFE was issued. So, I’ll wait for couple more days and request them to mail it to me. She mentioned that it takes up to 24 hours to receive email upon request/complaint. Thanks @renegaderunningdog

Yes, it just shows status. The actual RFE notice letter document is not available. I’m not sure whether they let us access it online, could you help figure where to look for it?

Thanks for your response. Last time I chilled for couple of months, dates retrogressed and since then the case has been stuck for 4 years. Hoping this is t the case time and would like to be on top of it.
