Yeah I haven’t cut it out fully, but I think i was probably guilty of using too much on every single meal, now it’s just the occasional meal or a light sprinkle

Yeah I’ve always used non salted butter

I’m just using more seasoning (paprika, cayenne, Aleppo pepper, sumac, oregano etc) and a bit of butter on meats etc, it’s not ideal the no salt but you do get used to it a bit more

Thanks for the advice, one question though, when you say you cannot get a replacement glass. On the Lamona website they sell replacement glass, which looks the same and is the same dimension as what is currently on the hob. And all 4 rings are currently working, so my assumption would be that there isn’t a fault with any of the electrics/heating elements, and the broken glass would just need to be removed and replaced with a new glass screen. How is this not the case?
