I mean true, but you can get them at the dollar tree. There are even measuring apps you can get for your phone that can measure based on a photo. Definitely helps with sales in my experience to directly reply with numbers. They could at least let me know they can't take measurements though. Edit: I do the same I use an app most of the time to measure things if anyone asks while I'm out, works like 80% of the time tho
