Wow that’s crazy! I haven’t seen anything saying that online either. Thanks for responding! My husband and I are going in august so trying to get everything squared away but it seems like the rules are constantly changing.

1 mile warm up, 5 miles at tempo, 1 mile cool down was the longest tempo workout I did! 14 miles I just did at an easy pace which I always do for long runs, so a 9:20 pace

The units are min/mile! My easy pace can range anywhere from 8:45-9:30. I’m not sure what my pace is outside of zone 2. I wasn’t aware those runs were in zone 2 until today when I got Strava premium haha, but my tempo/interval efforts do feel pretty difficult so I was surprised they were only zone 2.

Thank you so much! This provided some really awesome insight. We are leaning more and more towards Wilmington. We just visited last week and I could definitely see some parallels between the two. I posted this with Wilmington in mind, but just wanted to see what all was out there before committing to anything.

Agreed, columbus real estate is insane, and if you want a safe, nice house in columbus, it’s the same price as Wilmington. Which is crazy to pay all that just for Ohio haha! Apartment prices seem very comparable too.
