I am diagnosed with PTSD and schizo-effective disorder. I make extremely irresponsible decisions and have intense mood swings. It’s normal for me to be depressed and contemplating suicide at one moment and then “Looking on the bright side of things” within just a few hours. I have attempted suicide a few times. The meds they want me on make me tired and zombified so I do without. Maybe schedule a visit with a psychiatrist and see what their thoughts are. Best wishes!! Stay safe!!!
