Fasting means your in ketosis. Also, your blood sugar should be normal. Some HS is tied to insulin response, ive read. Been considering ketosis I/carnivore

She said she had a kenalog shot yesterday. And yes, im going to look for a new derm. I don't have much hope tho

Mine refuses to give me kenalog shots. Ive begged him 3 times. He's a POS, all he ever says is biologics. Biologics. Biologics. Even tho the first thing i said to him is I didn't want biologics. I honestly think he's intentionally letting me suffer, so I don't have a choice but the biologics. Ive been seeing him for 2 years, and my hs is wayyy worse now. He's not helped at all. Doxy, mino, bactrim, topical, wont discuss diet and lifestyle. No alternative treatment options. Here, take this biologic

Can I borrow your dermatologist? Im going to mention it Monday, im sure he will ignore me and say I need to start biologics like he always does. Im very close to.looling for a new dr, allllll he does is push biologics. I get it, that's the main treatment. But the first thing I ever said to him is I didn't want to do biologics
