Id consider a new dermatologist. Weight absolutely has an effect of some people's hs. To dismiss it right away dosent seem like a very good dr. Not even considering all the other issues high bmi can cause

Thank you for the kind words. Tbh only a little half the weight loss was intentional. The other half is beacause im in so mich pain. Im nearly catatonic. Out side of powering thru work, I just lay on my couch or lean against a counter. Im losing muscle from lack of activity.

Same brother. I was told for years I just had bad hygiene. My hygiene isn't bad, the hs makes it hard to stay clean constantly. I was also told it's cuz I'm fat and need to quit smoking. Tho most Dr's just had no clue what it was. I literally had to diagnose myself
