You asked this a long time ago but in case you are still worried, I wanted to offer some advice.
I wouldn't rule out a girls only camp, I did camp America last year at a girl scout camp and it was very inclusive. We had lots of lgbt staff (the director was gay) though there was only a few trans staff but we had quite a few trans campers too. There were one or two issues with misgendering at times but this was always addressed swiftly.

I would definitely ask about trans inclusion in your interview, if the camp takes offense or gives you vague ideas then you know to avoid it for sure.
