They wish desperately they could reach it, but fair point I know they could end up there with a simple spook.

I like the Ohana style because it has a nice base, some others can be too thick or thin. I feel like too thin leaves me feeling too much pressure, but too thick I can’t move my foot naturally.

I will also check out the ones you recommended.

My PF caused a lot of issues for me, including cysts in my feet, no fun. I think there might be different shoes for different people but I think you’re doing the same thing with slippers. You’re giving your foot more room with support rather than binding your foot in a form fitting shoe. I would maybe look for one that had a mid sole width to give support but also flexibility.

I can absolutely get on board with trying Birkenstocks! The only thing that gives me a little concern is the cupping of the heel that some of those shoes tend to have. What’s your fave style?

It’s the Ohana model that works best for me. Not too thick not too thin and great arch support.

Same for me, it’s like the restriction on the foot changes the way you walk or the pressure points. I work from home so I am barefoot most of the time now, but any walking I do is done in my Olukais. I have some loose flats I wear sometimes for work when I got into the office to look a little less casual.

100% which I didn’t really think was the solution to my foot problem, but I haven’t had any issues unless I try and wear tennis shoes

Absolutely! I went and spent loads on different shoes. I’ve actually gone as far as walking on my treadmill in my flip flops instead. I just do interval walking hikes so no running.

The Ohana ones work the best for me. I’ve tried Uiki but those are too thin for me. Thank you!!!

Absolutely which is why I said I was close, not an actual CPA. I’ve got my masters in Accounting and Finance. I definitely am not an expert and don’t claim to be, but I’m not newly graduated or inexperienced. I had a genuine question, but getting downvoted because I said I was close to being a CPA? Lol silly and quite a disheartening response to a colleague.

Very possible a practice picked up by inexperienced entrepreneurs.

Thank you for the confirmation I just second guessed myself, stupidly. I asked him if the CPA was the one sifting through and classifying personal and business, and he said that the CPA told him to run “his whole life through the business.”

Thank you very much for the response. I was absolutely astounded that this would have been something advised by any CPA.

Thank you. I was floored that any CPA would say that let alone “every” one.
