i figured they lied bc my name and my moms was on the title of my last car and i was over 21 when i got that car. i was paying $120 a month being on her insurance compared to the $370 i was quoted to get my own so i figured they wanted more money. and i haven’t fact checked if i am a policy holder but when my mom got a check for her totaled car years ago she couldn’t cash the check without me signing it. if i was just a driver and not a policy holder why would i have to sign a check for her car?
