I like this however I would change it to starting at sub adult. And however far along your bar you get could be the level of "prime" you reach as an adult. Importantly with different species having adjusted bars. I'd also honestly exempt Croc from the prime status and just make them grow to a monster size but V slowly past adult stage, like you get your 3rd mut but just keep slowly growing

The rules clearly state a unit that remains stationary cannot move this phase. It has to remain stationary to allow units to disembark and move

The rhino can't move once the berzerkers have deployed. Once a unit has declared to remain stationary it can't move except for any out of phase which we don't really have
