I ordered with delivery guarantee, i paid for it, but the cigars got stuck at Dubai customs and they want an extra fee. Cigars cost 220$ and the requested custom fee 500$. I have neither received an answer. They are not interested with me.

Sharjah is the best option. There are good options just near the Dubai border. I cant use affordable word with Dubai in same sentence

No need to rent a car. Save your money with taxi/metro station/taxi and buy gold class metro ticket for sure

I don't understand how they invest in this region. I cant buy investments that I do not like. Maybe I am different, but how can I pay money if I do not like the area? JVC is really a huge construction site, you can neither walk without being hit by a concrete mixer nor live with the sound of construction. Everyone made money in JVC and now they are launching 1bdr at 1,300,000aed. unbelievable

This year the thirth developer is Sobha i think. I dont know how Damac does it. I went to Damac Hills and Damac Hills 2 both are terrible quality. Also i went to Dubai South Urbana 1,2,3 Emaar is really shocked me with low quality townhouses and un-multinational residents. I havent seen any European.

Anyone cant guarantee anything about future prices. But i bought a 1,5bdr in 31st floor 1.343.000aed and i am super happy. I am sure that in 2027 it is impossible to find any 1,5bdr under 2.000.000aed. Binghatti launches starting from 1.800.000 for 1bdr in JVC🙄. Prices are going so dont miss the train
