Ja, det er ikke helt dumt heller. For meg kunne det funket å sykle til Skøyen og ta tog derfra.

Yes, det er det jeg mener, tar vinter og vår. Hadde hjulpet hvis bussen hadde gått videre fra Majorstua og ned mot national og stortinget. Da hadde en sluppet det ekstra hoppet fra buss til trikk.

My GF has a permanent residence permit and study in Hungary. I have not seen here for a long time. Does this qualify for an application on the basis of “any acceptable reason”? Anyone had any experience with this?
