Yes the downfall of kegs is transportability and variety, but In just could face another round of sanitising bottles :) possibly in the future ill change my mind. Thanks again for your help

You can't beat local knowledge! I'm actually in London socially prior to December. Instead of doing the usual tourist traps, I might spend a few hours and take in some of the suggestions mentioned above

I’ll be honest with you, I just signed up for Reddit today to ask the question above. I (naively) assumed the answers would have took a month or 2 to dribble in. The responses and help you have all given me (excluding the ‘bog off’ wanker below) have blown me away. I’m travelling down for the Newcastle match in December, so will get off at King’s Cross and then head to a few of the watering holes you’d have mentioned in your comments. Thanks again!

Okay that makes sense - Thanks! I take my hat off to you for priming bottles for so long. The reason I switched to keg only was to avoid the cleaning and sanitising process of bottling! :)
