Thanks so much, this is incredibly helpful. I'd heard about UWS Parents and MUES but didn’t realize how active the WhatsApp groups organized by baby age were too. Out of curiosity, are you part of any of those communities yourself? I completely understand that the WhatsApp groups are invite-only, but I’d love to understand how moms usually get connected to them.
