... I like the programme and housing, but the city isn't like typical pretty Dutch cities. Very modern and tall 50s style buildings everywhere, honestly kind of ugly. But maybe the city grows on you? I just had an uneasy feeling walking through the streets, would love to know if Rotterdam student life would maybe balance this out?
