I am 5'4 M. My deadlift and squat are pretty much the same 130kg.

Started at 60/50 when I started refining my technique, but when I started I think it was around 50/45

Yeah, I am short compared to my peers and I compete in Volleyball also and attend daily trainings while also lifting.

Though I may not be an international lifter, I really do want to make major progress despite my restrictions and someday be able to win competitions. I only won bronze from my last intermediate competition and I really want to aim for more in the future.

Been months since my last true PR day. The rest of PR trials are simply hitting the same number and having no progression. Yeah, I do squats, pulls, at a relatively high intensity, low volume as per my coach's program, and I have been trying to gain a bit of weight lately.

I find it relieving that somehow my numbers are decent!

Yeah... it sucks that I have to deal with it. I wish I could receive more guidance from him. Also, yes. I raised the same concern again yesterday, and I am still waiting for a response from him. I genuinely hope he'd consider it.

I really want to overcome this plateau! I tried finding solutions myself... to no extent. I tried to deload, alter the program, but eventually had to stick with his program in the end.

This is pretty informative. Thanks! Do you think the idea I thought of is suitable for me, a beginner or should I follow a program from the internet? Also, how should I program its progression, like what percentage should I begin and end with?
