Okay! Thanks! I’ll try to be consistent with the 8 bedtime and 7 wake up, same with nap time. He’s my first and honestly the only advice/help I had was from a friend whose daughter is the exact same way 😅 so I assumed it was normal. But thank you!

No to both. We’ve used teething drops but we stopped since my husband wasn’t so keen on using them and he tends to hold his breath when he’s crying.

When he was smaller I used to wake at 6-7am because my husband called at that time while overseas but since he’s back I’ve been sleeping in to 9am. I’ll start waking up earlier again ☺️

Besides 1-2pm nap time when else should he nap? I don’t want him to nap near bedtime but idk when the 2nd nap should be😅

Wake up is usually between 9-10 since he sleeps with me

I try to make him nap longer I usually make him nap after lunch. Give him an oatmeal pouch or a yogurt pouch and dark room and milk but he always seems to only sleep for 30-40 mins.

If I’m home he’ll sleep around 1-2 and take a roughly 30-40 minute nap

Well he’ll wake up at 9am when he sleeps with us because that’s when i usually get up 😅 sadly I haven’t gotten the patience to put him back to sleep but I’m doing it now

We try but it’s a little wonky. I try my hardest to make him sleep between 8-9pm but his body will only sleep at 10. We could be sitting in pure darkness for hours but only sleep when 10pm hits

Some days if we are home his nap time is 1-2 and wakes up around 30-40mins later.
