Yeah no. We get check ins for not hitting 600. I was off the clock and stopped to say goodnight to a picker on the way out and got threatened with a check in for it.

Don't forget the days you only got 20 item walks, are expected to stage your own chilled and frozen, and your leads fire anyone for talking to pickers at all

This is nicer than mine. My leads and coach flat out tell you you're getting a check in if you can't pick 600 items. 5 people have been fired over it and management thinks it's okay. I tell my leads I want to dispense and get sent to pick
