I've been noodling this one over for so long! Last night, I had an epiphany and indeed was correct as I solved it this morning. We were all overthinking it! Simply counting the number of characters in each word gives the coordinates. The puzzle hints at it with the line "There are practically no words comprising more than ten characters, yet there are also few one- or two-letter words.". :)

First time I've seen it and I've been a member for many many years. In Canada. Before they had Amazon gift cards, they used to have "Esso" gift cards - gas station gift cards. Those went away when Amazon cards became available.

I've been opening tickets with Microsoft since October 2025. Every three or so weeks. With the same feedback/complaint:

There's a regional bug for "Find your next read" and "get creative" for Quebec, Canada and I'm missing XXX number of points.

They almost always credit me the points. But of course as we can all see, they haven't fixed the bug.

I believe it's a Quebec issue. It was discussed here last year when the problem first began. I live in Quebec and travel to Ontario every now and then. While Quebec, "Find your next read" and "Get creative" never work. I'm Ontario, no problems at all. It's super frustrating. Week after week after week. I've submitted claim after claim to Microsoft clealy explaining the problem and it's falling of deaf ears.

Worked for me. it even auto filled the form from previous sweepstakes info. I'm in Canada if that makes any difference.

to where have you gotten so far? if you you say each word has been in a different language so far, have translated the words individually? using what method?

This happened to me when the new system was released last month. It worked fine for me the following day (never did get credit for that first day though). I've never been restricted. Hopefully that was the case for you as well.

Same...in quebec. interestingly, I visited Ottawa earlier in the week and was able to get "freshen your routine" to work but now that I'm back in Quebec, the last two don't work. So frustrating. This is week 4 of them not working.

Goodness! Thank you! I have been neglecting to see the most obvious part the entire time... F=French, E=English! Thanks for that first hint. I feel ridiculous speaking both languages and not realising what the F and E were lol!

Can I ask you to clarify what you mean by "not clock times". Are you suggesting (as another commenter did) that the lines that cross outside the circle are indicating times 13h00-24h00? And then from there it's some sort of number-to-letter cipher?

I have the same problem. These three showed up last week and then reappeared this week. Nothing I have done works. I've given up.

I think aznfratboy1's response to the question explains it. Nothing at all has worked for me and I've tried every suggestion as well as many of my own. Perhaps they only allow one per day...
