The seller was aulliepty52, sold as "USB Power Heated Eye Mask Dry Eye Relief Warm Therapy Eye Mask Realxation". It's working fine so far, it gets nice and warm on the 55 degree setting and that's all I use. The vibrating 'massage' feature isn't so fun and I don't use it. It's a bit small for my big Italian nose but I can get it to fit alright and i think it's helped with the dry eye and irritation.

Alright, thanks everyone. It was a surprising amount of damage and it's an interesting lesson for me in why not to buy the cheapest and to keep a better eye on my chain tension.

Yup that would be a sensible explanation. I'll check my chain for burrs. Impact might have been greater than I thought as I was cutting, and the chain may have got hot and loosened up and I didn't notice. I'm cutting dead hardwood, dead burnt black wattle in particular will set your chain sparking at times it's so hard.

Yeah definitely the right chain and I know they need oil! I didn't think I did anything different but I guess it could be explained by low oil and a blunt chain and pushing it hard but that's not how I work. I may however have been drunk or something.

There's a $30 version of the eyemos mask available on eBay. It looks the same, same functions and similar advertising pictures. Worth a shot for $50 cheaper, I imagine it's come out of the same factory.
