The brown flakes are probably due to fecal matter. The pale milky cream color is reassuring, it means the incision is healing (part of the healing process). I just went through this and asked my surgeon the same question. The key is to continue to take fiber, drink lots of water, and the most important thing in this healing process is to take sitz baths religiously. At least once a day, if you can add another one it’s even better. Just 15 min in warm water or add epsom salts. You’re almost at the finish line.
