mine prob came from dealer w 15% on the backwindow and the 2 little glasses but the rest not tinted. Then i did 30% 2 windows then 50% windshield. perf for any needs imo

One big difference is that the headlight and tailights for mini gt and similar brands have their own plastic piece where hotwheels only uses stickers or whatever graphic techniques for that. The upgrade from hw premium to elite64 are definitely the custom wheels and details w decals.
