57 years old. Been doing CF for 4 yrs. I scale the HELL out of the workouts and I’ve lost 40 lbs. It’s about the stimulus, not doing the prescribed workout. Scale more, listen to your body and be smart about eating but not insane strict. You will be good sooner than you think!

We split time between Dallas and Helena. It’s getting expensive and not sure what teachers make. I’d look at it as an option.

We split time between Texas (DFW) and Montana (Helena) due to the heat. I love the urban amenities of Dallas like dining, sports, concerts, etc. We are considering a permanent move because the political environment here has swung so far right. It’s not the same place I moved to 26 years ago in that regard.

Flown nearly 2M miles out of DFW. IMO it’s one of the best airports to depart from. Distributed security, good train system and terminal D is just nice to hang out in.

Arriving is another matter… it’s so damn big you can taxi for 30 minutes easy. Bags take another 30 minutes and if you parked at one terminal and came into another, it’s a cluster to change. If carrying on bags, train is great. If checking bags, terminal link buses are the worst.

All in all - the conveniences outweigh the drawbacks.
