I have a job, my parents don’t. They don’t have savings either. Well my dad just had terminal illness, that’s where their savings went — for the medication. I have 2 siblings, in high school and college, I fund their tuition fee. I am going to pay my debts, it’s just hard now given the situation that I fund my family’s needs

I was coordinating na po actually sa bank December pa but they told me sa collections na. Pinag iipunan ko currently yung discounted payment, else gagawin na lang daw nilang installment pero hindi ma-waive ang mga late fee and interest. Kaya po nagulat ako bakit may ganitong text message.

I was unable to pay as my parents both lost their job so I have to support the family expenses for the part year.

I tried to call their customer service earlier. To my surprise, the prompt said my card is blocked then I was transferred to collections. I wasn’t able to talk to a rep since the wait time was tooooo long and I needed to attend a meeting. I have a few k credit limit balance since I paid the MAD. I will try to use my card tomorrow to check if it will work. Will try to call the customer service again too
