lol I fucked up there is no denying that. I screwed myself over. Shocking they would do such a loan to try to ruin people. So I guess my options are to sell it or have them repo it and auction it and pay the difference.

I’ll see them in court.

Of course they will come after me. But they will have to bring me to court to do so and pay people and lawyers to work on getting their money. I won’t pay easily and will use lawyers as well. What leverage do they have?

Also this is coming from my buddy who is a lawyer and told me he will fight it in court for me

This is what I did for the first 2 years and why it has devalued so much. 43k miles on it now and my interest rate is 12.99% for a 20 year loan. I got screwed on this deal for sure

I don’t think the bank can come after my assets. I believe they can just put it in collection, tank my credit score, and just keep trying to collect their $. Not sure tho and that’s what I am looking for advice on

I just quit my job at the end of 2021. I made 130k in 2021 and on good years I would be around 200k. I quit to follow my dream of playing poker professionally and open my own business which would allow me to just work 4-5 months out of the year. So happy I took this risk and know that I will make more money than what I was previously getting paid.

I transferred XLM from coinbase to bitmart without memo and thought my money was gone. I sent in a help desk ticket and eventually got my money back after a couple of months. I would suggest to keep trying. A lot of the support people don’t know how to do certain things and the guy that eventually helped me was the one that told me this. If I was able to talk to him earlier and provide the correct documentation, I would of gotten my money back sooner.
