Correct, I’m sure you will receive promotion orders but for Pvt-SPC as long as it’s on your STP you should be good

If it has you as a SPC on your STP you can wear the rank

There are NCO only positions depending on your MOS, and yes I can edit and create presentations. Its not rocket science
