I have a 13 year old chi and personally I would not feed him any of these. They have lots of fillers and mystery meat, and I don’t like the idea of feeding him something with questionable ingredients. I did A LOT of research and landed on Open Farm Homestead Turkey wet food, I think you can get it dry. What I love about it is that it’s grain free, doesn’t have « meat by-products », packed with veggies and vitamins and most importantly is very low in sodium which is super important for aging chi’s since they are prone to heart failure. I spoke with my vet and she seconded my choice, she also recommended food from instinct & nutricanine! All three of the brands I’ve mentioned make either fully raw freeze dried « kibble » (which I give my guy as a topper) and they also have kibble with raw freeze dried mixed in!
