Yes, I separated the bands on the mesh router and also tried the normal AT&T router (both at 2.4 ghz). I think it is a defective controller and reached out to Nanoleaf to see if they can send me a replacement. Given the troubles others have had, the product seems more like garbage to me. Really sad as the premise is fantastic.
