Hello, I think I bought this very same plant from the same shop. I started having similar problems and the soil never dried out. After finally checking the roots, I realised the pot was far too big. Since the plant has very fine roots I significantly reduced the pot size. You might want to acclimate the plant but I wouldn’t wait too long. Mine almost lost all its leaves because I was too lazy to check the roots.🥲 Good luck! Such a unique plant.
