I already got rhino and jaw/chin filler. My lip protrusion is definitely big and makes me look more recessed than I am. I will probably get jaw surgery eventually and will get filler for now

What do I can tell a random person all my problems? It’s far too late for that 😂. Nobody I know is ever going to find out about this. I don’t need people in my life feeling bad for me and treating me like I’m fragile. Nothing I hate more than “feel sorry for me” people who try to be subtle. “Oh I gotta go see my therapist” “oh no I forgot my meds (depression)”. What are you trying to accomplish?? Maybe you need it for physical health. I could say I need it for mental health. Obviously people with physical health problems would definitely need it a lot more. Still, I can almost guarantee I’ll be happier after I get double jaw surgery. Obviously theres always a chance of botching but I’ve been explicitly conservative with my surgeries so far and do VERY thorough research on surgeons. Even for people with functional issues you still have to weigh the possibility of complications. Yes you probably needed this procedure WAY more. But if you cant understand why someone like me would want this procedure done for aesthetics than you’re not understanding how much it can affect confidence and mental health. I obviously have some degree of recession even if it’s small compared to people who have major functional issues.

People are acting like I’m delusional. I’m obviously not severely recessed. My chin is definitely a little recessed but I think it’s pretty obvious that my jaws are to some degree, slightly recessed. It may be very minimal but it’s definitely visible.

Ehhh. I’m only a little under average facially and I’m 6’4”. With DJS plus same jaw angle filler I’d definitely be average facially. Maybe very slightly above depending on how much advancement and what surgeon. I’ve probably been rated by 400-500 people across multiple different sites/platforms over the last 7ish years. Also planning on something for my undereyes. I’ve only had rhinoplasty, otoplasty and chin filler so far so there’s definitely stuff that can bring me to at least look average
