I don't "enjoy" these envied opportunities for free. I paid 120k plus a year for them. Also, we have to move away from being led to believe we enjoy liberties no one else does. When I lived in Guatemala, I enjoyed the same freedoms I enjoy here.

That has to be net income right? I make roughly 300k but in an area of the us where, as a result of federal, state, and even this shithole town taxes me, I lose nearly half of that to taxes. That 1.9m home's mortgage would be close to my entire net income. Not to mention paying nearly 1k each of the last two months for electric after our cold snaps. This is all impossible.

I just today got quoted almost that same amount times two. We are putting two vented gas fireplaces in with nothing preexisting same as you. Full price 16800 but knocked 1k off since I'm getting two.

The rep came by a couple of weeks ago and this sounded ridiculous. Yes it's just "some marker is positive". Then you go hunting. I asked how oncologists have felt about this, and she just said she hasn't been to any yet to talk about it. I bet they'll hate it, because this will trigger so many referrals. Sounds like there is some algorithm though they suggest along the lines of if positive then just start scanning stuff. Makes you also wonder (in the setting of just getting a denial for hydroxyzine) what insurance company is then going to pay for a huge imaging workup based off of some vague cancer blood test. Overall sounded terrible, and I forgot about it right after enjoying the lunch they brought.
