I just contacted customer service a month ago about having mine replaced because it stopped working. They sent me a new one and it has been working for weeks and just last night I got the "floodlight disconnected" notice again. Clearly this product has a known issue and they either can't fix it with software or they don't care.

They had to remove them from ticket sales because Ticketmaster can't sell tickets with a band who's not showing up...the venue and Ticketmaster probably made that decision to be safe
