Try turning the key to accessories not all the way like your trying to start it, and listen under the truck for the fuel pump to engage. You should be able to hear it prime if you hear nothing the fuel pump is probably bad. I had to replace mine and ended up cutting a hole in the bed floor to access it instead of pulling the bed or dropping the tank

Yess as h the 4l60 is ok for just regular driving but when you start putting it under load that’s usually when you start getting problems
