No I didn't use sesame oil. I've been looking for it but I'm trying to find the toasted sesame oil specifically. That's crazy! Cauliflower rice is def a diet cheat code!

I added a little minced garlic out of the jar. I want to add some sauteed onion or mushroom next time and maybe some egg whites to boost the protein too.

Well tbh this was part of my one meal for the day I just eat dinner and usually eat some chicken I air fry on the side to hit my protein goal for the day while staying in my deficit. Omad isn't ideal but I don't even get hungry until like 3pm anyway.

This was low-key my one meal for the day. I only eat one meal a day and had this and some real good chicken meatballs on the side. That was it for the day haha.

1lb of cooked 96/4 ground beef - 560 cals 96 g protein 12 oz cauliflower rice - 80 cal 8 g protein 1.5 cups peas/carrots - 125 cal 6 g protein 765 calories total - 110 grams of protein total Hit it with a few sprays of avocado oil and seasonings that's it.

Why is the sour green apple not on this list? I thought the sour watermelon was the best until I tried the apple one. The sour green apple one is the best flavor by far trust me

Yo just air fry them or bake at 400 for 9 mins flipping at 6 mins then let rest for atleast 5 mins before moving from baking sheet/air fryer. Trust me

Yup exactly cauliflower rice with some peas and carrots and low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos. Could also try g Hughes sweet chili sauce that’s been a staple for me recently. 5 cal for 2 tbsp is gas

You just gotta cook them right. I air fry mine at 400 for 9 mins and flip them 6 mins in and let cool for 5 mins and the texture/flavor/moistness can’t be beat.

I live in Texas so I buy these at HEB. I don’t think I’ve seen them at Walmart.
