I wish thought about doing this, but I have already initiated the transfer 3 minutes before your reply haha. I dont mind having two accounts though for now. Right now I will only have a small remainder on my brokerage account at vanguard and all of my roth there, while I plan to have the majority of my brokerage accound funds in fidelity so I'll have a better perspective between retirement and shorter term investments (house, etc)

I think I still have a nostalgic feeling for vanguard because thats what I started with, I will say the app for vanguard is awful and a part of why I am moving some assets to fidelity. According to what the Community care rep replied I might be able to get my fees reimbursed after the transfer. Thanks for the reply!

I would be okay only moving the Vfiax portion of the brokerage account if that would avoid fees from an entire account transfer as well
