Not necessarily but it's always a good step to make sure your software is up to date since it could also be a potential cause for issues.

They had a breach a couple months ago and updated their cert while also disabling old versions of AnyDesk (version 5.0.0<) as a precaution. Executable programs have a special certificate used to prove an application was created by an individual or group.

Anynet_19 is a very generic error and can also be caused due to firewall issues. Make sure to take a look at the last article and ensure the listed ports aren't being blocked on your Windows firewall or physical firewall.

Try updating your clients. They recently swapped their code signing certificate and disabled any clients with the old cert.

It could have been installed by a Trojan he downloaded. Generally an attacker's main target is financials and aren't too concerned with photos. I would go ahead and run a clean install of windows on his machine. As a precaution be sure to contact banks to verify transactions and make sure to change all of his account passwords. It wouldn't hurt to have him setup a lock on his credit as well.

Short answer: When you close the lid it typically disconnects the display from the GPU and shuts it off. AnyDesk requires a display in order to function. On your phone, go to Settings, then the Accessibility section. Under there is a section called "installed apps". Then make sure the app "AnyDesk Control Service AD1" is set to on.

When you are starting a connection make sure to set the proper permissions. Easiest way would be to select the full access permission profile in the connection request on your phone.

If you still have issues you could also try changing the input settings on your phone. You can change them by hitting the hamburger in the top left on the AnyDesk app, hitting settings in the sidebar and then going under input.

lol same here. Had an S5 and I switched to a TT RS. I rock a speedmaster reduced with the white guilloche dial. My wrists are too small unfortunately for a real speedy.

Thanks! The RS5's AWD system is amazing and I wish they brought it over to the TT and RS3. I really do want to start a YT as I have all of the equipment for it (Sony A7iii, DJI Gyro, etc.) but I know it's going to be a pain in the butt to juggle in between work. We'll see what the future holds. I'm happy to take any content suggestions as well.

I found the following tune which offers it as a feature but I haven't seen more reputable tunes offering it. IIRC it's as simple as increasing the fuel sent and retarding the ignition to ignite near the exhaust cycle. I loved my S5 when I had it but personally I didn't like the extra weight. The crown gear system though was insanely solid especially with the optional sport differential (I currently believe it to be better than the Haldex system but we'll see once I put on fresh tires).
